Pictorial Pickings

for everyone
When I first arrived in London, I had always been fascinated with the herb pots on sale at the supermarkets. It has been a while since my First pot of basil flourished and then died in the harsh weather, but since then I've learnt better to keep it indoors and how to pluck leaves so that not to damage the plant. And more importantly, how hardy the humble Parsley plant can be, left outdoors on its own through the seasons. Here is my photographic tribute to all things green that grow in my balcony and also the creatures (including people!) that visit it.
